It is not possible to be perfect yet self trust is nothing about being perfect.
No not everyone can have perfect self–trust on everything.
You can believe that.
People who think they are best in everything are called narcissists not full of self – trust.
So, on which matters do you have self – trust and on which you lack as a human being?
What is the effect of family, history, physical or cognitive conditions on the presence or absence of these trust sources?
Before answering those questions, let me highlight that there are two self – trust sources.
The first is the material resources that you are born into, that are not in your control, that are variable and consist of external influences, that seem positive or negative, such as your family, relationship, height, weight, race.
The other part that really interests you is your special features and abilities that come from knowing yourself. These can be intelligence, emotion, patience, hard work, passion, curiosity, and intellectuality.
The issue you need to pay attention to is that you should take full strength from yourself instead of relying on situations and conditions that can change negatively at any moment.
You will need to know yourself very well in order to build and raise your self-confidence.
You will become rich by knowing yourself well.
Do you see yourself as inadequate in terms of equipment and conditions?
Think about it again.
Let’s talk a little about facts that no one talks about.
For example, you think you are lazy. What could this be a trait for self-confidence? You can say. However, do not forget that many inventions and inventions have emerged to facilitate the work of lazy people as well as necessities.
Even laziness, shyness, shyness, incompetence can be turned into a reason for self-confidence.
I say this as someone who started tango to overcome my inability to dance as a teacher who has been teaching tango for fifteen years.
It can turn into the greatest strength of the greatest shortcomings.
I’m going to give you a very important piece of information about self-compassion.
Compassion is true compassion if you show it to yourself as well as to others, otherwise it will be called the passivity you put forward to be loved, to adapt.
This also applies to issues such as the understanding and empathy you show to other people.
Any emotion you don’t give to yourself as much as you offer others will eventually disappoint you.
The first thing you should do is show yourself as much compassion, understanding and empathy as you show everyone else.
You can start with understanding that you don’t know how to do this and where to start.
Take action to develop your self-confidence and self-compassion. Knowing that these treasures will be special and unique to you.
